- Base on consumption history to analyze and predict customers’ consumption behavior.
- From their consumption, propose the TU/recharge promotion, voice plans, data plans and sms plans to increase customers’ consumption (ARPU) or increase customers’ loyalty rate.
- Do market research to understand customers’ need, propose recharge promotion, voice plans, data plans and sms plans to attract new customers.
- Do market research to understand international trend, regional trend, competitor trend; propose promotions and plans to re-act to these trends.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop TU/recharge promotion, voice plans, data plans and sms plans.
- Working with IT team to run TU/recharge promotion, voice plans, data plans and sms plans and campaign for channels
- Build report to follow customers’ behavior daily, monthly and periodically.
- Follow and manage the TU/recharge promotion, voice plans, data plans and sms plans or campaign to ensure it work through internal company and distribution channels.
- Evaluate the efficiency of the promotion, voice plans, sms plans, data plans and propose to change if necessary.
- Other duties and tasks are assigned according to the production and business demand of the Company.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate from university of telecommunications, information technology, business administration, marketing, international economics.
- Sensitive and love working with numbers.

- Excellent in presentation, persuade and negotiate skills
- Dynamic, active and high responsibility in work
- Good at team work skills and independence working skills.
- Good at Word and Excel.
Language
- Fluent at English
- Equivalent to IELTS 6.0/TOEIC 600
