Job Description
Handling cases escalated by front line: back-end team of retailer hotline; distributors; sale supervisors.
Supporting sale channels to handle any matter occur which impact on sale transactions.
Detection and prevention of fraudulent come from outlets which affect company policies and ownership of customers.
Following up with cross function units to handle complaints/enquiries of outlet escalated by frontline.
Managing/supervising accounts of frontline to access the CS applications/systems
Auditing adjustment request raised by CC helpdesk and following up with FN until done.
Being involved in training to deliver a high standard of customer service.
UAT new CS applications
Other works as assigned by Supervisors.

Job Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor Degree

Knowledge and Skills
- Good communication and computer skills
- At least 2 years experience in Customer Service

Language
- English: intermediate level
