Cycle and policy
Charging and Renewal Mechanism
1. First cycle (activation month):
Charges are applied on a pro-rated basis according to actual days of usage. For example, if activated on the 20th, the customer only pays for the remaining 10 days of the month.
Customers must top up sufficient balance immediately after activation for the system to process and renew the service.
2. Subsequent cycles:
The system will scan and deduct charges at 00:00 on the 1st of each month.
If the main balance ≥ committed amount → Deduction is made → Renewal is successful.
If the main balance < committed amount → The remaining balance will be deducted, and the account will be recorded as outstanding / one-way suspended, with a notification for the customer to top up additional funds.
Service Suspension and Recycle Policy
One-way suspension (S1): Applied at the start of a new billing cycle (on the 1st of each month) if the customer fails to top up or does not have sufficient balance to meet the committed fee.
Two-way suspension (S2): Applied after 30 days from one-way suspension if the outstanding balance is not fully paid.
Recycle (number recovery): Applied after 30 days from two-way suspension (or according to the current SIM lifecycle policy). Recovered numbers will be placed in quarantine before being reissued.
Number Reissuance & Reconnection Policy
Customers who wish to reclaim a number that has been recovered while still within the commitment period will be subject to the following conditions:
If the customer has completed less than 50% of the total commitment period → Not eligible for re-commitment.
If the customer has completed 50% or more of the total commitment period → A new commitment period will apply, equal to 150% of the remaining months.
Example: A customer commits to 36 months and the number is recovered at month 30. If they request reissuance, the new commitment period will be: (36 − 30) × 150% = 9 months.

Customers can subscribe to data, voice, and SMS packages like regular Vietnamobile subscribers
After the commitment period ends, the SIM will be migrated to another plan according to Vietnamobile’s policy at that time.
The validity of the top-up value and the commitment period are different.
During the commitment period, ownership transfer is allowed; however, the new owner must re-sign the commitment with Vietnamobile for the remaining months.
For the COS KING_PREMIUM plan, customers cannot make calls to 1900xxx numbers, while calls to connected 1800xxx numbers on Vietnamobile are still available as normal.
For the COS KING_PREMIUM plan, SMS cannot be sent to short codes starting with 6xxx, 7xxx, or 8xxx.
From the time of activation, subscribers are NOT allowed to perform mobile number portability (MNP) for 36 months. After 36 months, it will follow Vietnamobile’s policy at that time.
