- Once a customer has subscribed to a default plan, they cannot register for another default plan at the same time.
- If a customer is currently using a 3-month (3T) or 6-month (6T) plan and wishes to switch to another default plan, they must cancel the existing plan before registering a new one.
- In case a customer upgrades from a 3T plan to a 6T plan, the benefits of the current plan will continue until expiry.
